It makes recieving as well as sending scraps easy, creates alert when you recieve one. It can also let you scrap all your friends at one go, with personalisation i.e. you can address each of your friend with their name in scrap(WOW). It has option to create template messages.
Orkut Cute also has something like random messege, a funny feature. It sends notifications when forums are updated.

It let you browse orkut and know when you or your friends receive new scraps.
When you want to send scraps with emoticons, colour and formatting its really easy with scrapboy. It sitss on your dektop like a messenger and preloads your friends list from orkut.
